I brought my wife's 2018 Equinox in for an oil change & tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment online for 7:30AM. I arrived at 7:15 where I was greeted by Brad in the Service Dept. Things could not have went any smoother! Great job Suski. Thanks Brad!
I planned to stay while my brakes were being replaced. After 45 minutes I was informed it would be a couple more hours. I only planned to be there 2 hours. I was offered a ride home. This save me time since I had work at home to do. When it done later I was picked up. A very nice convenience.
I called Jen in Service right before they were closing for the night. I had some issues with our new Malibu. She got all the information needed and called me back first thing the following morning, letting me know I can bring in the car for repair and a rental will be provided. Could not ask for better service. And Mark Zyber in Sales is my go to guy, 3 Leases in 4 years and he always goes out of his way to keep the customer happy. Elvis (and the crew) always do an awesome job on my vehicle when I have an issue. They always call before they do the work to ensure I am ok with the price, and it is usually cheaper than the quoted price. Great job guys.
I do have to say they are willing to make things right. They managed to mess up my drain plug when doing an oil change my previous visit. This resulted in some major work needing to be done to my car. They took care of me however! They gave me a rental and did all the repair work at there expense.
