Knowledgeable, and good customer service; bought the new wireless noise canceling in ear headphones for me, and a few gifts prior to Christmas. noticed battery issues and people complaining of not being able to hear me during calls - not expected for top of the line Bose. Called twice to confirm options, and both times was very satisfied with willingness to exchange or refund. Expecting a good in store experience.

Salesman at Birch run wrote down we would be out of town on the order. But shipped it and it sat on my porch for a week. Be careful when going to Birch Run, mi. They are all temps. With little or no knowledge.
