HD doesn't stand for Harley Davidson... It stands for High Dollar... Very expensive, but good selection of bikes and accessories.
But when I came time to do the job I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. It's just me and I would be riding the bike in to have it serviced, if I were to leave the bike I would have no way of getting home. WHY DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE? Then I was told the next soonest appointment was the first part of June. I already made an appointment why would I make another one? Now I have to scramble to find someone to put this tire on so I can enjoy the holiday weekend. What a joke.
Made an appointment to have my rear tire replaced, and was told by Scott in the service department that I would only take an hour and I could "wait while they did it".
Every person in the dealership was exstreamlly friendly and the HOG Chapter members I met were GREAT PEOPLE. Vince in service was Great & I'll be going back when I need anything else! Great place, Great people, & CLEAN!
Great store, went to bike swap meet at the expo center here. Great swap meet, will come again
