No one around to offer help. When I did find someone, I asked about plus size coats for women and was shown one coat. Then the salesperson loudly offered me a very unflattering mans coat. NO THANKS!
I have had over a half dozen zipper pulls fall off my fleeces. I never dry them all the way I heat them for like five minutes and hang them to dry. I own over a dozen in different colors. The fleece looks like new, but I have no zipper pull on over 6 of them. They are just barely over a year. You consider I wear them in the winter not the summer. You would think zipper would last longer than that since I have so many and alternate them. I won’t be buying another one of their fleeces. They need to change whoever they’re supplier is for their zippers. Goodbye Columbia hello Eddie Bauer.
