Ann Taylor Factory Store in BIRCH RUN MICHIGAN. I will never shop here! The customer service is horrible! I never expected to be treated with such disregard and disrespect and get this it was from the management. They lie to you just to meet sales goals. Not to mention how they follow you around in the store asking you about 100 times " Do you need a fitting room"? LORD HELP THESE WOMEN. They are very fake and rude. I personally saw the store manager and another manager speaking badly about an employee making fun of her behind her back. Also the other manager curses on the sales floor and has a nasty attitude. All in all I had a very bad experience and I will be telling EVERYONE I know not to shop there and spend your money elsewhere! P.S. I had no problems with any of the associates ONLY MANAGEMENT!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE
