Where do i begin? I hate shopping. HATE IT! Especially with my friend's kids. They are... difficult. However, today we came in, the store was packed. SOOO BUSY! (I'm also not a fan of crowds). The store looked clean. And we were immediately greated by helpful smiling faces. Then we met Jalen. He stuck with us. Helped my friends (admittedly VERY DIFFICULT son). The patience and determination to make this kid happy is just so appreciated. Thank you Jalen for making what could have been a disaster, a heck of a lot more tolerable.
Collection is just okay, service is good.
Their sales promotions are not clear. Expect to be surprised at your bill. No problem at Underarmour and North face but confusion here.
