Came here for black Friday and all the workers were nice, every question I had they helped with.
Old navy here sucks... price was marked 2.99 (clearance in orange sticker) but when the blouse was scanned it was 20.99... the cashier and manager said it's 20.99.... shouldn't the price tag of 2.99 be followed as in most stores? WON'T BE COMING BACK IN THIS STORE EVER ...worst old navy ever!!!! Both cashier and manager NOT COOL :-( VERY bad experience. .. WON'T recommend friends and families in this specific old navy store!!! Visited April 4, 2017 at around 5 to 6 pm....they just ruined my day!!!!

I went in here with a particular style of dress in mind. Didn't find it exactly but, one sales associate in particular was very kind. I only come out here once a year & I've never been disappointed!
Not real happy! Signs everywhere saying up to 50percent off entire store, and I bought 2 items that had 30percent off on the rack with that being the only thing on that rack a d was charged full price! When I went back to get them to fix their mistake I was told that on both item's it was the item on the rack next to the one I got. Those items were exactly the same thing I got except in a different color. When I asked about the percentage off entire store. I was told that did not mean there was anything off, because they said up to.
