You might get lucky with a good find but you have to sort through alot to find it. Most of the furniture is damaged, the rugs are worn and dirty. But the outlet is good for holiday decor.
I live 4 hours away. Extremely excited that the sales staff will check inventory for me and place my desires on a wish list. A follow up call to me saying it is in is the best customer service of this decade! The inventory at the outlet is amazing, as well as the Williams Sonoma merchandise. Just spoke with Evie to see if some bedding is in stock. She was fabulous. So on the phone or in person, the staff is present and helpful. Kudos to PB Outlet. Cheryl
They get my trailer unloaded pretty quick up here and don't mess around. Oh and I love the cold weather up here lol.
My wife absolutely loves this place. We can always find great deals on kids furniture.
What a cluttered mess of incomplete sectionals and couches jammed in so closely that you can't even walk between them.
